Fun and fast-paced, this workout shows you just how easy it is to add jazz, hip/hop, Latin and of course, “The Laker Girls”, to any cardio workout. First, each move is taught slowly to the beat of hot, club music and then Patrick picks up the tempo and look out! Expect some drama!
