Certified instructor description:

An energetic series of fun (and sexy) dance moves led by a two-time “Dancing with the Stars” champion, Julianne Hough. You'll burn lots of fat with super-varied dances — from classics like box steps and “three step turns” to innovative moves like “the snake” and “flapping bird wings.” Julianne's add-on teaching style makes it easy. She begins with a single dance step and marching-style “fillers.” Then, she adds more choreography and drops the fillers until it's pure dance delight (but you can always stick with the basic marches if you're not quite ready). Friendly, non-intimidating cuing with lots of modifiers and options. DVD also includes an eight-minute dance step tutorial. ©2010.
