This DVD consists of two separate workouts, one that focuses on the upper body and the other on the lower body.
SEXY BROADWAY JAZZ fuses three styles of dance into one challenging workout; ballet, modern dance and jazz. This workout focuses on your upper body and core, will help you lengthen your muscles, give you better posture, tighten and tone and leave you feeling sexy and sassy.
HIP HOP FUNK focuses on the lower body, legs and core with killer moves that will make your inner music video dancer come out while teaching you the newest cool dance moves.

Dancinerate Burn with the Beat with Ilyse Baker
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Lower
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.
Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.
Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.
Aerobics Choreography: Complex
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.
Complex: More intricate combinations and patterns. They're ideal for people who like to dance.
Moderate: More interesting than Basic, less dancy than Complex.

Two distinct segments: smooth-flowing jazz dance and funky hip hop. They’re both rhythmic fat-burners that feature creative exercises by a high-energy instructor. Ilyse Baker’s add-on teaching makes them easy. She demos each series at half-tempo, then adds on the variations while also previewing the next block (so you get the feel of an aerobics class, not a dance studio). Each segment ends with a faster-paced/less-cued “put it all together” section. The moves range from classic chest pops, pliés and body rolls to “genie arms,” “drive your car” and “hit the booty.” DVD also includes a five-minute lower-body toning segment. ©2012.
