An easy-to-follow, walking-style workout that varies the tempo and movements to maximize results (and minimize boredom). This program gently builds in intensity while constantly rotating the speeds and fat-burning techniques (e.g. pumping arms, higher knee lifts). Anyone can do these super-basic moves simple marches, lateral steps, lunges and heel taps. Debbie's calm, knowledgeable cuing is exceptionally motivating. She's like a coach training an elite athlete she keeps you mentally focused while explaining what to do and offering positive encouragement. Filmed in Hawaii, you'll feel like you're exercising in a tropical garden (it even has a relaxing segment of just Debbie's cuing as you enjoy the Hawaiian scenery).
