The goal is to improve your physical and mental balance (if you're calm, centered and mindful, you're much less likely to overeat). Tara Stiles leads the smooth flowing yoga program. Her poses focus on stress reduction and flexibility. They features familiar relaxation-oriented moves like child's pose, reverse warrior, baby cobra and pigeon pose.
Deepak Chopra's informational segment covers the benefits of yoga along with specific techniques like breath and flow. He also includes a weight-loss-specific “mindfullness of food” section.
