Product Description:
Filmed in a picturesque garden overlooking the Pacific Ocean, these two dynamic programs are designed to improve cardio conditioning, build strength and tone the whole body.
The Cardio Program links together short holds of Hatha poses with several Vinyasa flows to help keep the heart rate elevated, increase blood flow and stimulate a healthy metabolism. The Vinyasa flows can build strength and flexibility, while the Hatha poses focus on developing strong, proper posture and balanced alignment.
The Conditioning Program combines standing and floor poses specifically selected to strengthen major muscle groups, firm the core and sculpt some of the often overlooked smaller muscle groups. Together, these two programs can help you experience the real difference that yoga conditioning can make both in the way that you look and in the way that you feel. BONUS meditation included.
This DVD includes:
• Two Complete Yoga Programs
• Guided Meditation
