Certified instructor description:
Filmed in a peaceful garden setting, it's a flowing series of dynamic yoga poses — you'll feel invigorated from the inside out. Ashley Turner's thoughtful cuing encompasses both the physical and mental aspects of yoga. Sometimes she focuses on precise form (e.g. “chest two inches off the right thigh”). Other times she emphasizes a positive attitude (e.g. “what action can you take today to achieve your dreams?”). The workout starts with standing and lying positions, moves into intense abwork and ends with deep relaxation. It's all very fluid, but also very deliberate (e.g. sit-ups: inhaling/exhaling, holding/releasing). ©2010.
