Full Backcover Description

Yoga is a great way to generate health, vitality and joy in your life. Filmed in a lush garden overlooking the Pacific Ocean, these two complimentary programs are specially designed to build strength and flexibility in the body, mind and spirit. The invigorating Strength practice offers total body conditioning with powerful sequences that tone all major muscle groups, build endurance, cultivate mental focus and increase energy levels. The gentle Flexibility practice unravels tension patterns in both the body and the mind by linking the breath to simple flowing movements that provide a total body stretch, increase range of motion, enhance agility, help reduce risk of injury and ease all forms of movement. Practice in the morning to stimulate circulation and start your day with calm clarity. Or, practice in the evening to unwind away the stress of the day and prepare for a rejuvenating sleep.

Product Description:

Two very well-cued workouts beautifully filmed in a peaceful outdoor-garden.

The first program builds strength and improves endurance. It features sustained “holds” that assure proper form while deeply challenging each muscle. The moves range from classic yoga to gym-style routines like curls, planks and even “yoga pushups.”

The second workout is designed to increase flexibility and reduce tension. Slightly slower paced, it uses mostly traditional yoga poses performed in fluid, dynamic sequences (usually maximizing relaxation by linking the breath to the movement). Both workouts have lots of short, between-series stretches.

This DVD also includes an 8-minute “bonus” meditation program. ©2013.
