Fred DeVito and Elisabeth Halfpapp, husband and wife team and Core Fusion co-creators, have over 50 years of combined experience teaching Pilates, Lotte Berk Method, yoga, and dance – disciplines that comprise the 30-Day Sculpt workouts. Exhale: Core Fusion 30 Day Sculpt
Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.

You get 30 different workouts, approximately 20 minutes each. The benefit? Six days a week, for five weeks, you'll do a different program (but be aware: the same footage is re-used multiple times in different workouts). All the exercises are team-taught in a calm, spa-style manner by two experienced instructors. The moves are primarily Pilates-style toning and flowing power yoga, sometimes with a subtle cardio or Tai Chi element (the sequencing and exercises vary widely across the series). They often boost the results with multi-plane and multi-muscle variations (e.g. working your upper and lower body at the same time).
