Each of the seven segments uses a single targeted exercise (e.g. “Turned out thighs” or “Gluteal sculpt”). Every section includes a quick warm-up and soothing stretch so it's easy to focus on your personal “trouble spots.” In addition, the DVD also has optional pre-segment tutorials that teach the proper technique for each series. Five of the segments are “barre” exercises — standing ballet-style moves that use the back of a chair for support. The other two sections feature Pilates and gym-type floorwork. Quiet music and very detailed cuing. Compilation released in 2013 from programs originally copyrighted in 2008 and 2009.
