Including gentle sun salutations, along with dynamic movements to improve your posture and strengthen the core while activating the hip flexors and quadriceps.
Cascading River: Allow the resplendent river energy to recharge your body as we explore a gentle yoga practice while using a chair for support. Includes sun salutations along with easy to follow yoga moves to create more ease in the hands, neck, shoulders, back, hips and more.
