Certified yoga instructor Sarah Starr guides you through two Happy Yoga, Chair Yoga episodes, each 26 minutes in length, offering two levels of support including:
Ocean Sunset: Savor the peaceful ocean sunset as we focus on upper body stretches for the hands, wrists, shoulders and chest; as well as gentle seated postures designed to create more flexibility in the lower body.
Serene Tide Pools: Enjoy the magical ocean tide pools as we focus on seated stretches to release tension in the upper body and standing postures to stretch the hips, hamstrings and spine while using a chair for support.
