Join me for my series of three AM yoga workouts, designed to make you feel rejuvenated and energized, and two PM workouts that will help you relax, unwind and release tension and stress. – Onward, Jane

Certified instructor description:
A lot more than just yoga; you also get toning, stretch, breath and relaxation exercises. Each of the five segments focuses on a specific goal: Abs & Back, Energy, Strength, Mobility and Relaxation. There really are a huge variety of different exercises. For example: Abs & Back. You get Pilates planks, gym-style crunches and physical-therapy back stretches, plus lots of gentle yoga moves (e.g. cat's pose, child's pose). Other sections use techniques ranging from classic dumbbell toning to gentle guided meditations (“feel the tension leaving your body”). Jane's cuing is supportive, friendly and exceptionally thorough; you'll always know exactly what to do. 1 to 5 lb. dumbbells are suggested. ©2012.
