Two complete workouts — kickboxing and true boxing — plus two short stretch segments. Both workouts are very high-end productions with exquisite cuing. They're safe, solid, no-nonsense fat-burners. The mixed-impact kickboxing program is co-taught with Keith Cooke, a 5-time karate champion. Besides the classic jabs, punches and kicks, you'll also practice a variety of innovative, smooth-flowing combos/patterns. It features upbeat music with motivating drums. “Aerobox” is co-taught with 12-year veteran boxer, Michael Olajide. Filmed in a boxing ring setting, it has lots of jabs, hooks and upper cuts. But this is a true “boxer,” not “kickboxer” workout — it also includes higher-impact jump rope and shadow boxing routines. Driving, energizing music. A jump rope is suggested. ©1994 & 1999.
