Certified instructor description:
Expertly led by Patricia Moreno, each move has a subtle intensity and quiet effectiveness. You'll burn mega-calories as you increase balance, strength and grace. Every motion really does originate from your center (e.g. a punch isn't just a flailing arm; it's a core-based movement that's both powerful and purposeful). The workouts become progressively more challenging. The first one is basic punches; the last one is “choreographed” kickboxing combos (all taught add-on style, so the sequencing is natural and easy to follow). It's filmed outdoors in the high desert of Arizona. DVD also has a bonus 14-minute toning/stretch workout. ©2007.
