It's the perfect workout for those that are on the go! Lynn Hahn is an ACE certified fitness instructor and lifestyle and weight management consultant with over 35 years experience. In addition, she is an expert martial artist with a 2nd degree black belt in Karate. Lynn operates a martial arts school and provides self-defense seminars in the state of Washington.
