Full Backcover Description
Define your body’s shape with muscle rather than fat; age doesn’t matter, fitness level doesn’t matter; even the amount of body fat doesn’t matter
With just one Body Electric exercise session every three days, you will experience more vitality, toned and shaped muscles, and increased bone density. Body Electric accomplishes these goals effectively, safely and enjoyably. You will feel the difference after your first workout and see the difference in just 3-4 weeks. (Perform the exercises in the suggested rotation to assure a balanced workout program.)
All My Best Volumes 1 & 2 offers four 30-minute workouts, each with its own warm-up and cool-down. I have selected my favorite routines from the Body Electric DVD library, featuring segments produced 1990-2005. These workouts reflect a variety of exercises, dancers, music, locations, and, of course, styles.
Some things never go out of style, like muscle tone and stronger bones.
‘Over time our bodies can experience significant changes: stronger muscles, denser bones, better balance and increase metabolism.’ – Margaret Richard

Certified instructor description:
Four straight-forward body-sculpting workouts led by a friendly and experienced instructor. You'll reshape your entire body with a well-planned sequence of traditional exercises (proven routines like push-ups, ab crunches and leg lifts). Each segment isolates and tones a distinct muscle group using a variety of moves, tempos and positions. Includes lots of level modifications and movement options (e.g. on a step for more intensity, seated for a less challenging alternative). These programs were re-edited from Margaret's 1990-2006 "Body Electric" TV series (with hairstyles and fashions to match...). Varied indoor and outdoor settings. Requires 2 to 5 lb. dumbbells; a body bar, a step and ankle weights are optional in a few segments. Compilation released in 2010 from programs originally copyrighted in 1990-2006.
