Each of the five segments uses specific exercises to achieve specific goals. Taken together, it's a motivating mix of classic and innovative Pilates moves that often boost results with a resistance band (included with the DVD).
The first section, "Energize," is a simple set of diverse Pilates routines. "Flow," as you'd expect, is a dynamic series of smoothly linked sequences. "Sculpt" emphasizes total-body toning; it alternately works your upper and lower body (while keeping your abs engaged). "Restore & Stretch" uses the band to increase toning resistance while also encouraging deep-muscle stretches.
