Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Aerobics Impact: Mixed
Lower Impact: Both feet never leave the ground at the same time. This minimizes stress on your knees.
Higher Impact: Includes movements like jumps, hops and skips. Very high-impact is called plyometrics.
Mixed Impact: This alternates or combines the above styles.
Aerobics Choreography: Basic
Basic: The easiest to follow. It ranges from simple walking-style marches to sports and athletic movements.
Complex: More intricate combinations and patterns. They're ideal for people who like to dance.
Moderate: More interesting than Basic, less dancy than Complex.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

Mix and Match Walk Blasters is a low impact collection of ten mini walk routines that not only focus on different areas of the body, but also provide a variation in intensities. Leslie leads all 10 mini-walks with background exercisers to make up her class. This workout provides a variety of mini-walk routines that work from a series of basic moves. There are routines that incorporate basic dance moves, basic punching moves, and basic sculpting moves. ©2014; no equipment needed

Mix and Match Walk Blasters is a collection of ten low impact mini-walks that can be individually combined or done in three premixed workouts.
This DVD includes the following workouts:
Total Body Walk - This is the Easy Walk premix and is the core choreography to all the other walks. This is also considered the warm-up for all the mini walks and thus is generally a lower level ‘light’ walk. Moves for core choreography include side steps, walks forward and back, leg kicks forward, knee raises, hamstring curls ‘kick-backs, side taps with legs.
Advanced Walk- This premix includes the Brisk and Steady Walk, the Interval Boost Walk, and the Short and Sweaty Walk
Fun Walk- This premix includes the Easy Walk and the Walk, Kick and Jab Walk
Light Walk - This is an easy Walk with ‘core choreography’.
Dance Walk- This is core choreography combined with mambos, cha-cha’s, and grapevines.
Walk Kick and Jab Walk- This is a core choreography combined with forward jabs with legs in place, double side steps angling up and back, jab/cross punches with side step, rear leg taps, and side steps with side (round house) kick.
Tummy Trimmer Walk- This is a core choreography and skaters (side to side low impact leaps), kicks, side steps with skaters, knee raises with arm pulls, knee raises across midline, and front kicks.
Short and Sweaty Walk- This segment has the highest speed on the entire DVD program. Moves include core choreography in addition to skaters, single leg tap outs that angle corner to corner, medium height leg kicks, and double side steps with skaters.
Interval Walk- This section has interval ‘boosts’ that run for about a minute. Boosts are jogs moving forward and backward as well as in place. Boosts are done three separate times throughout this workout. These boosts are combined with core choreography.
Upper Body Blast Walk- This is a core choreography with overhead press, forward arm press, bicep curls, tricep press, and side deltoid raise. Leslie does suggest that up to 5 pound weights for the arms can used with this walk.
Lower Body Blast Walk- This segment includes core choreography combined with squats, lunges, and front kicks.
Brisk and Steady Walk- This walk is comprised of core choreography at a brisk pace.
Flexibility Walk - This is essentially the cool down walk. It has core choreography with flexibility moves including shoulder circles, overhead and side arm stretches, hamstring stretches, rotational stretches in the torso, calf stretches, and lower back stretches that complete the walk and cool down.
This DVD allows you to pick your favorite mini-walks and combine the walks in any order of preference for a fully tailored individual workout. This DVD is a compilation of 10 mini-walks. The 10 mini-walks are then combined into several premixes (Fun Walk, Total Body Walk, and Advanced Walk). These mini-walks can also be chosen for a self- created program or done individually. Leslie is always encouraging and is clearly invested in the workouts that she creates and provides.
