Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Upper body: Arms, chest and back.

Katina Hunter's Pump Party is what you call a total body toning workout: there will be no muscle left untouched. This workout is unique in that it uses compound exercises and then isolates each muscle group to reshape, strengthen, and increase muscular endurance. To continue this process, tempo variations and alternating movements of the upper and lower body are used in the single isolated muscle groups. And no, the party is not over-we go back to the initial compound exercise to continue the burn baby. This workout is composed of nine segments that focus on different muscles groups. By working multiple muscle groups you will maximize your time efficiency while achieving maximum muscle definition. So you are invited to this hot new workout if you want to create a lean fat burning machine.
DVD Features: This DVD offers a Plan Your Own Party which allows you to customize your own workout specific to your needs. Premixes are included on this DVD that will allow you to have a power party and circuit party (combining step with toning).
Katina Hunter has a passion for health and fitness. She has been involved in health and fitness since 1994. Katina holds a master's degree in nursing and works as a women's health nurse practitioner. She believes that with health promotion you can have disease prevention and that is the basis for her practice. Katina has her fitness certification through AFAA and she teaches many different disciplines of exercise including step, funk, kickbox, powercut, hi-low dance aerobics, and yoga. Katina has presented at fitness conferences and she is also a personal trainer in her local studio. Katina is committed to designed workouts to keep people motivated and living a healthy lifestyle.
