Certified instructor description:

Alternates intervals of very basic — but incredibly challenging — aerobics along with ultra-tough toning. Uniquely effective, you'll maximize your workout's intensity by not wasting effort on complex patterns. This IDEA Instructor of the Year's pace never slows down (e.g. you'll flow from a traditional step routine to a plyometric jump/turn series, then drop down for one arm side push-ups and right back up again for more aerobics). Gin's add-on teaching and flawless cuing also boosts intensity by letting you just focus on the movements. The video ends with precisely designed muscle isolations and Reebok University's “flexible strength modules.” Dramatically filmed on an MTV/industrial set. 5 to 10 lb. dumbbells are required. ©1998.
