Certified instructor description:

From 1992, the video classic that originally ignited the step aerobics phenomenon (and, even today, is still a solid, high-tech-looking workout). With MTV-style photography and great music plus a futuristic industrial set, this is a uniquely engaging program. There's even a live band playing high-energy, funky/African music. Despite the quick video cuts, it's easy to follow. The moves are non-dancy, and Gin uses both hand and verbal cues to always tell you what's coming. She starts with simple marches, then progressively adds slightly more complex knee lifts, kicks, lunges and jacks. ©1992.
