Richard Simmons Project H.O.P.E. will help you transform your body and change your life in just 90 days!
Hope is the most powerful tool that anyone can have and I want you to have hope to drive the changes you need to make so you can change your life.
My three month progressive system features three brand new programs each month; for a total of nine all new workouts. Each workout is designed to burn fat for optimal weight loss, sculpt muscle to perfection and build your level of fitness. Best of all, each workout is 30 minutes or less!
I’ve learned over the years that the best workouts are the ones you can stick with because they’re fun and motivating and because they will get you dramatic results. That’s why you’ll love my Triple Training method that sequences cardio and toning to maximize weight loss, that can help you burn up to 3X more fat than traditional cardio alone. It increases energy, sculpts lean and healthy muscle, and it really works! Plus, each workout includes great music that will get you moving in ways you never have before.
So, come on! Millions of people struggle with food and weight every day and I’ve been there, too. Now you can finally lose those extra pounds the right way and get the body we both know you deserve.
Richard Simmons Project H.O.P.E. is a program Anyone can do. Whatever you weight or fitness level, you Can get amazing results!

Project Hope: health, optimism, passion and energy — nine easy-to-follow workouts filled with Richard's legendary enthusiasm and encouragement. Just like his all-sizes-and-shapes exercisers, you'll be burning fat, toning up and having fun. Three of the workouts are pure cardio — a mix of aerobic classics and Richard-style favorites (from cha chas and "angels" to "zippers" and "stir monkeys"). The three aero/tone programs are compact and time-efficient. They alternate intervals of dumbbell toning with calorie-burning cardio. All six of these workouts get progressively more intense from the first to the third. The three remaining programs each have a specific goal: balance, abwork or upper-body-toning. Lots of motivating music with a couple recognizable songs ("I Wanna Hold Your Hand" and "Need You Now"). This set has three DVDs plus a FoodMover nutrition booklet and a Success Guide. Requires 1 to 3 lb. dumbbells. ©2013.
