Separate aerobic and step-aerobic sections that feature complex, truly creative choreography (“okay, throw it back, turn, hip, mambo …”). Not for beginners, these uniquely interesting moves are sure to challenge your mind and your body (but Rob’s low-key approach and cue-ahead instruction make them all seem perfectly doable). Each section includes three completely different combinations. While the pace never slows, Rob does begin with the easier moves and then layers in the complexity. Once you’ve mastered the steps, he boosts the intensity and encourages you to play with the patterns. Excellent camerawork; the view zooms in on his feet just when you need it most. ©2009.
