A unique program that features carefully selected sets of oppososing movements (e.g. forward/backward, internal/external). It's all designed to quiet your mind and balance your body by raising awareness of your "core center." The actual poses are familiar yoga classics like mountain, lotus, cobbler and eagle. But they're sequenced and cued to emphasize harmony and balance (e.g. an up/down cobra series or a downward dog forward bend/camel pose backward bend pair). The motions are controlled and slow, but also dynamic (Rodney calls the resulting symmetry "a beautiful dance"). The workout ends with a relaxing stretch. Filmed in a lush Hawaiian mountain/forest setting. A yoga strap is optional. ©2012.
