The first three workouts are super-relaxing "stress-busters" — new productions beautifully filmed in a tranquil forest. These gently-paced programs feature extended "holds" that allow the tension to just quietly slip away. Many of the yoga poses also maximize relaxation by incorporating a chair. Sometimes you're sitting on it; sometimes you're leaning against it, and sometimes it's just supporting your arms or legs. Whatever the position, Rodney's calm cuing is clear and ultra-soothing ("feel the breath on your belly," "let the quietness evolve deeper"). The fourth workout is a series of more traditional yoga sequences; it's filmed on a rocky coastline (and is re-edited from a 2010 video).
