Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).

Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.

Toning Emphasis: Lower Body

Upper body: Arms, chest and back.

Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.

For safety and comfort, every move is performed either seated or standing behind a chair (in separate segments, so you can choose the style you prefer). The modifications are very well-planned; they range from subtle hand-position changes to more extensive movement options. Craig Marcacci is a veteran seniors' instructor; his cuing is easy-to-follow and never condescending. Exercisers range from 55 to 75 years old. Quiet instrumental music.
