Created by Shape Magazine, it has a long body-sculpting workout and a short cardio program. The main workout has four body-part-targeted segments: hips/buns, abs, arms and legs. Within each segment, you get 10-12 separate exercises (which can be played in any order ‰ÛÓ or randomly shuffled ‰ÛÓ to add interest and muscle-group-sequencing variety). The ‰ÛÏbonus‰ cardio workout features faster/slower aerobic intervals. They‰۪re both co-taught by video veterans, Michele Dozois and Lisa Wheeler; their cuing and technique are excellent (they seem to know exactly what errors you‰۪re likely to make).
