This programmable DVD lets you play any section in any order (so you'll get a customized workout that fits your day's goal, mood ... and schedule). Each segment focuses on just one type of pose. For example: “Earth” emphasizes grounding poses — the foundation of all the primary vinyasas. “Heart-Air” features twists, lunges and backbends designed to open your body. “Water,” like the name suggests, is a series of fluid, side-to-side poses. Most exercises are intermediate-level, but a few are more advanced (e.g. balancing on your hands). Calm, voice-over cuing and quiet music. ©2010.
