Certified instructor description:
Billy is joined by his daughter in a playful program where everyone is just having fun punching, dancing, showing off ... even doing the Limbo. These funky, dance-style movements are absolutely not the same old Tae Bo (as Billy says, "Let's loosen up and have some fun."). You still get Tae Bo's legendary energy and enthusiasm; they're just blended into slightly less "serious" workouts. The moves range from speed bags to cha chas, from back kicks to swiveling hips, from simple marches to Vogue poses and from upper-cuts to Roger Rabbits. Less intense and definitely more entertaining than his previous programs, this is the perfect addition to your Tae Bo collection. ©2008.
