An easy-to-follow blend of classic aerobics and simple dance. More like a party than a workout, this program is all about having fun. No dance background required — Alison Davis' friendly, add-on cuing makes these eight-count moves totally do-able (while the “gotta move your feet” music keeps you motivated). Each 10-minute segment features a different music/dance style: club, Latin, jazz and modern. But it's never “hardcore” dance; every section also includes a medley of familiar Firm-style classics (e.g. the Latin segment combines pliés, knee-lifts and box steps with sambas and mambos). DVD also has 25-minute premixed workout options with individual dance styles. Formerly titled Cardio Dance Fusion. ©2007.
