Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.

Three well-designed workouts that use the Firm TransFirmer to increase effectiveness and maximize movement variety. Each video has a specific emphasis.
This set includes:
Ultimate Calorie Blaster is pure fat-burning - quick-changing segments of floor and step aerobics (at both and heights, sometimes with dumbbells to increase intensity).
Aerobic Body Shaping features upper and lower-body-focused, aerobics-with-dumbbell-toning intervals. The exercises range from classic floor/step cardio to more challenging four-limb movements, hover squats and plyo-jumps.
*Bonus: Supercharged Sculpting is all muscle toning, fast-paced with very fluid transitions. All the programs offer lots of intensity options (e.g. lighter dumbbells or stepping higher on the inclined surface).
All three videos include 8 to 10-minute bonus workouts.
Requires The Firm's angled Transfirmer step-bench, although a regular step will also work.
