A varied mix of proven dumbbell routines especially modified for seniors (real exercises designed to build strength and endurance). For safety and comfort, every move is performed either seated or standing behind a chair (in separate segments, so you can choose the style you prefer). The modifications are very well-planned; they range from subtle hand-position changes to more extensive movement options. Craig Marcacci is a veteran seniors' instructor; his cuing is easy-to-follow and never condescending.

Exercisers range from 55 to 75 years old. Quiet instrumental music. Requires 1 to 5 lb. dumbbells (Craig suggests two weight levels). 2007
