A mix of true yoga poses and traditional toning taught by Jennifer Aniston's yoga teacher. You'll build flexibility, reshape your muscles ... and maybe even laugh out loud (one of the mantras is “I have a great ass”). Mandy's non-intimidating blend of yoga and toning is fluid, seamless and natural. Examples: a “crescent” flows into a lunge; a “cat stretch” morphs into a hydrant. It's all taught in fitness-style “eights” — hold for 8 breaths, do 8 reps, pulse for 8 counts. Excellent original-artist soundtrack, includes “Floating” by Katherine Liner and “Brand New Day” by Rebekah Lebeau. The DVD offers three play options: (a) The full 55-minute workout with cuing. (b) A 35-minute "express version" of the same workout. (c) The express version with only the music, no verbal cuing. ©2009.
