Two distinct workouts: A flowing total-body program and a short abs-focused yoga workout. “Core Yoga Flow” alternates faster-paced Sun Salutations with more deliberate balance, twist and floor poses (a combination designed to strengthen your spine and open your hips as it tones your body and calms your mind). “Fit Abs” is different; it emphasizes abs-focused poses like Planks, Down Dogs and Bicycles. Both programs feature clear instruction with easy-to-follow cuing that always explains the movement's benefits (e.g. “this staff pose will create length in the spine ...”).
