Personal History: I'm a huge tennis buff and may have missed my true calling. I was also a collegiate cheerleader, but never much of a gym person. So, when I graduated from college, instead of joining a gym to stay in shape, I joined a small aerobics studio in Dallas, Texas. And, as they say, the rest is history!
Workout Philosophy: I believe the key to long-term exercise is movement and fun! Be thankful for the ability to exercise and do something everyday...as long as it makes you smile, then you've succeeded!
