Beginner: Just starting out, very overweight or haven't exercised in over six months.
Intermediate: Active in sports, dance or any regular exercise (2 to 3 times per week).
Advanced: Very active in sports or consistently work out four or more times per week.
Toning Emphasis: Total Body
Upper body: Arms, chest and back.
Lower Body: Legs, thighs, hips and buttocks.
Abs: Abdominals (stomach), core and sometimes lower back.
Total body: Tones all three of the above muscle groups.

You'll enjoy new moves like Pop It!, Pop-Pop-Hop, L-Step Back Tap, and the high-spirited Church L. The party starts with an easy to follow warm-up and continues with 6 fun combos and 6 "Power Parties." The party continues when we put all the combos together in the Vertical Step Party 2 Power Party.
This workout will get your heart pumping and your body burning and turning. Then we will end the party with a nice relaxing cool down on the floor. Bonus Programs: Quick Step Mix 1 + Biceps & Triceps and Quick Step Mix 2 + Back & Chest. Katina Hunter is a certified member of the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and has a Master's Degree in Nursing. Her favorite fitness activities are teaching at her local gym, fitness video workouts, running, and dancing.
