A tough workout with six different types of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). The movement variety keeps you motivated while the level variation keeps you challenged. Each 10-minute segment features ten different exercises. Within each exercise, you'll do varying intensity cycles (e.g. 30 seconds hard, 20 seconds harder and 10 seconds hardest). But each segment is different. They range from cardio to toning to aero/tone. Some have three levels, others just two. One targets your legs, another works your abs. Etc. They all feature proven exercises done for a pre-planned duration (you're paced by the on-screen timer, not the music).
