Get dancer fit with cardio – no partner needed!

Each season, audiences watch in amazement as stars shrink down and shape up on ABC's 'Dancing with the Stars'. Now you can share their weight-loss success and dance off the pounds with three different cardio dance routines – Swing, Jive, and Quickstep – led by pro dancers Dmitry, Lacey and Kym. Each routine gets your body warmed up with the signature moves of the featured dances before progressively adding on to create complete, calorie-blasting workouts – so you can lean with ease and get dancer fit all at once. Join the fat-burning fun and dance your way to a superstar body!

SWING: America's official ballroom dance delivers pound-shedding cardio fun with traditional East and West Coast Swing and leg-sculpting Lindy Hop moves like the Suzie-Q, Heel-Toe Swivels and the Shimmy-Shake.

JIVE: Be the coolest cat on the dace floor and watch those pounds melt off with the fast-paced English Jive, and burn head-to-tow calories with lively kicks and rocking hips.

QUICKSTEP: America's ragtime favorite combines the Jive, Lindy and Fox-trot for a full-throttle weight-loss workout that slims the core, butt and legs.

COOLDOWN: Roll your hips and stretch your muscles with a dancers' cooldown set to the soothing tempo of rhythm and blues.

Product Description:

A fast-paced dance workout led by the stars of the hit TV show — Kym Johnson, Lacey Schwimmer and Dmitry Chaplin. You'll burn fat as you practice three classic dance styles. Each instructor teaches a specific style with the same flair and confidence they display on TV. You'll begin with a short introduction and then quickly bring it up to tempo (so it's mostly “watch and learn as you go;” there's not much step-by-step cuing). The program starts with Swing. Then it speeds up with Jive (which also includes the Charleston and Lindy). You'll end your workout with the most challenging segment — The Quick Step. Filmed on the TV show set with dance-specific music. ©2009.
