Can I pay by Check/Money Order?

Yes, you can for USA orders only. Simply follow the regular ordering process. When you get to the checkout page, under Payment Information, choose "Check by Mail." If you choose this payment method, please print out a copy of your Order Confirmation e-mail and include it with your check/money order and mail to: Collage Video, 210 West Parkway, Suite 7, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444. Your order will ship once we receive your payment.

How do I buy/redeem a gift certificate?

To purchase a gift card for someone, click HERE.
If you are the recipient of a gift card and would like to redeem it, please follow these instructions:

Select the products you would like to purchase as during a normal transaction;
Go to the Cart page, review your order and click the Checkout button;
Enter in billing and shipping information and click Continue to next step;
On the next page, input your gift card code in the text-editable box under Have a gift card?
Click the Apply button. A label will appear above the text box with the masked code and its available balance.
Complete the checkout by taking one of the following actions:
If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can simply click the "Complete my Purchase" button.
If the balance availalbe on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose an additional payment method to cover the difference.
The balance remaining on the gift card is displayed on the order confirmation page.

Type a keyword into the SEARCH box (the magnifying glass in the upper menu bar).

How do I navigate the site?

To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top navigation of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as normal. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box in the top navigation bar on any page to quickly find a specific product. How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. From the Shopping Cart review page, click "Proceed to Checkout." Enter Billing & Shipping information on the next page if you are not already logged in and click "Continue." On the new page, enter the code in the box marked "Discounts" and click "Apply." You will see a message indicating your discount has been applied.
Only ONE Coupon/Discount Code may be applied per order.
Most discount codes are one-time use only.The shopping cart will reject a second use of the same coupon or discount code on a later order.
