Order Status

Has my order shipped?
If you registered when you placed you order (meaning, you provided an e-mail address AND a password), click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order's status. If you did NOT register, contact customer service at customercare@collagevideo.com with your order number for an update.

    Please Note:
    • All orders will ship by the next business day. If you'd like your order to ship the same day, please place your order prior to 9:00am EST.
    • Orders consisting of "Preorder" or "Backorder" items will ship separately once the items are in stock. If you’d like other items shipped separately, please place a separate order for the "Preorder" or "Backorder" items.
    • If you’d like your order expedited, please select “Priority Mail” shipping rates at checkout and contact us immediately to ensure your order ships as quickly as possible. Otherwise your order will ship in the order in which it was received.

    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
    Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

    How do I check my order status?

    My order never arrived.
    Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

    An item is missing from my shipment.
    Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you have ordered items that have gone temporarily out of stock, we will ship them to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
