Qualifications: Bethany received a Power Yoga certification in 2001 and has since continued her studies with Baron Baptiste - completing both Level I & II teacher trainings.

Personal History: Seeking to turn the lights on of those around her, Bethany believes everyone has the power to positively effect real change in their lives and their bodies. She educates and inspires with a rare mix of presence, authentic sharing, and kick-booty energy.

Beginning her journey as a classically trained dancer, Bethany received a Power Yoga certification in 2001 and has since continued her studies with Baron Baptiste - completing both Level I & II teacher trainings.

Her style and format are greatly influenced by this powerful practice.

Her work has appeared on NBC's "Your Total Health," TLC's "Fashion Fanatics" with Stacy London, as well as on countless nationally televised segments. Her face and insights have additionally been seen in Self, Fitness, Shape Magazine, Swedish Fitness Magazine, on Forbes.com and she is a featured model for Women's Health in Under Armour's latest campaign. In October 2008, Bethany's DVD,"Yoga Body Sculpt" became available online and in major retailers nationwide.
