Qualifications: Certified by the National Yoga Alliance. Certified by Sonic Yoga in Vinyasa Flow. Certified in Core Fusion & Core-Energy Flow by Exhale Spa. Has 20 years of dance/ballet experience.
Personal History: I received my classical dance training as a principal dancer with the Virginia Ballet Company. I graduated from the College of William and Mary in Virginia and continued my dance training in New York City where I spent several years as an actor and dancer. I then shifted my creative talents to the world of fitness and earned a yoga certification from Sonic Yoga in NYC. I've always embraced dance, choreography, and movement as an amazing means of self expression. I'm honored to be able to share this joy and freedom of movement with my students. I love teaching and the opportunity it provides to motivate people to find their inner strength and to energize their joy of life through physical and mental fitness.
Workout Philosophy: My fitness philosophy is to energize body and mind through a combination of flexibility and strength - often using your own body weight as resistance.
