Personal History: I was born in the Midwest. Fitness has always been a part of my life. I found my first calling in the fitness industry while working as a writer for Warner Brothers. I realized I had a much stronger purpose when I successfully turned a colleague's life around through diet, counseling, and training. I was hooked and decided then and there to change career direction completely. In 2002, I founded Sky Sport and Spa in 2002, a sports medicine and fitness club in Beverly Hills.
