Qualifications: B.A. in Physical Education/Exercise Science.
Personal History: I was a competitive runner from age six and discovered fitness training during college. I have been a fitness instructor since 1996. I am happily married for almost two years.
Workout Philosophy: My philosophy is moderation. I keep my workouts interesting with interval training.
Sucess Story: I trained a client who had never been interested in athletics or working out. After one year, she looked forward to her daily workout video! She has been successful with keeping fit for over 5 years.
