Personal History: I have always loved exercise. I started as a group fitness instructor teaching water aerobics so my sons could have free swim lessons. Teaching group fitness quickly became my passion! It is an incredibly rewarding experience to help people improve their health--both physically and mentally-- through fitness. Shortly after I turned 30, I lost my dad to pancreatic cancer. Exercise has always pulled me through tough times in life, including losing my dad. As a result, I am very passionate about providing affordable, quality workouts for everyone. I try to include a variety of workouts on each disc, to give participants a lot of options without breaking the bank. My fitness workouts were recently featured at Shape.com in the Top 10 Best Workouts on YouTube.
Workout Philosophy: My philosophy is simple. Empower yourself through exercise, and be the best YOU possible! Find what you enjoy and stick with it. We live in a great day where there are so many options for exercising. Consistency is key! If you gravitate towards a certain exercise format, keep at it, and you will see results.
