Qualifications: Certified by ACSM, NASM and AFAA. Also by Powerhouse Pilates and ISCA for kickboxing.

Personal History: I've been there - I've always struggled with my weight (I'm half Italian and LOVE to eat!). I joined a gym, fell in love with fitness, and lost 30 pounds in the process. As a result, I started teaching exercise as a way to share with others the amazing benefits - to help them discover all that they are capable of achieving, both in and out of the gym. For me, keeping my life in balance (whether it's exercise, food or work) is what keeps me happy and healthy.

Workout Philosophy: Fitness begins from within. Start the change from the inside and, soon, your outside will reflect that same great energy.
