Qualifications: Certified by AFAA in personal training. Certified in Spin Cycle. Graduate from the Institute of Children’s Literature.
Personal History: After I had my first child, I gained a lot of weight and I was very unhappy. I wanted to be strong, healthy, and fit. I started to believe in myself by changing the way I was thinking. I visualized myself strong, healthy, and fit and my thoughts became more positive. With a positive attitude and incorporating exercise and healthy eating into my daily life, it became routine and I was able to accomplish my goals. After I achieved these goals, I wanted to help others. I first started working with women, teaching boot camp, team training, Turbo Kick, and strength training classes. Shortly after that, I began working with children. I created my video to encourage and inspire young children to eat healthy and exercise. My goals and aspirations are to encourage many others to be happy, healthy, and full of life. I enjoy my time exercising, working with my clients, writing, teaching children’s fitness classes, and with my lovely family, which includes my husband and three children.

I just ordered some exercise tapes blindly last year and yours was the only one that really does exercise, plus make it fun at the same time. We usually use one segment of either the arms or the legs and then do something else. Our center has children that have short attention spans, so about 15 minutes of one thing is long enough.
