Personal History: ): I started teaching group fitness classes in NYC over a decade ago. I taught body sculpt, cycling, Pilates and BOSU bootcamp. I then became a personal trainer and realized I could create a group fitness workout that encompassed all the challenging moves I did with my private clients and allowed them to move at their own pace - and 30/60/90® was born! 30/60/90 is the most successful HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class in NYC and is growing both nationally and internationally.
Workout Philosophy: Motivation follows action! You cannot sit around waiting for the exercise gods to move you - you have to get into your gym clothes and off your couch and the inspiration will kick in.
Sucess Story: I tend to have a lot of men in my classes and their results are nothing short of amazing. Recently I had a guy come and tell me that he started taking my 30/60/90 class two to three times a week and in just over eight weeks, he cut his body fat percentage in half!
