Qualifications: Certified by NASM, ACSM, ACE, and AFAA. Has a BA in Dance/Theater and has been a professional dancer in New York City since 1988. She is a Reebok University Master Trainer and an international presenter. Trained in Pilates by the Physical Mind Institute.
Personal History: : I grew up in SC, but moved to NYC right after I graduated from college. I have always been involved in dance and sports and I continue to blend the two in my teaching. My first video project was doing back-up for Petra Kolber for a series of Reebok workouts. Then, I appeared with Petra and Gin Miller on Fit TV. Next came the Method Videos and a TV show on the Health Network.
